Q: How do I place an order on Nova Essential?
A: Simply browse our store, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, and you are all set. You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us at contact@nova-essential.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?
A: Yes. A confirmation email with your order details and order number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Q: Do I need to create an account to order?
A: No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders easily and save your information for faster future purchases.

A: We currently ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to more regions — stay tuned!

A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use that number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real time.

Q: What if my order is delayed?
A: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high-demand periods. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate for you.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Q: What if I received a damaged or defective product?
A: We are sorry about that! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
