Shipping Policy

At Nova Essential, we want your new gadget in your hands as fast as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders to our customers across the United States.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working on expanding and will announce updates on our website.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships

Note: During sales events or high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, holiday season), processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.


4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet our minimum order value (displayed at checkout). Free shipping eligibility will be shown automatically in your cart.


5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted U.S. carriers including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • The carrier name
  • A link to track your package in real time

You can also track your order by:

  1. Visiting the carrier's website directly
  2. Logging into your Nova Essential account (if you created one)
  3. Contacting us at contact@nova-essential.com with your order number

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We accept shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional delivery time for these locations.


8. Delays and Lost Packages

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occur due to:

  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

If your order is significantly delayed:
Contact us at contact@nova-essential.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

If your package is lost:
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days or your package is declared lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement shipment or full refund.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@nova-essential.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Nova Essential is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


10. Damaged Packages on Arrival

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@nova-essential.com
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly
